Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, Friends, Brother and Sister,

On behalf of our course-mate, MOHD ABD HAFIZ BIN ABU TAHIR ( Final Year Final Semester of Chemical Engineering UTP: ID 9959) who is now warded at Hospital Sultan Ismail Johor Baharu due to burst fracture at level C6 and sustaining bilateral limb weaknesses and numbness due to jumping down from the cliff at beach which occurred on 25^th May 2011.

The doctors in their remarks mentioned that chances for the student to recover is slim as he will probably be paralyse for the rest of his life.  

Hence, the student had been put under the rehabilitation and physiotherapy in order to train and  make him moving a lots to avoid further complications. Therefore, the doctors had advised and sought UTP’s assistance to purchase few devices and items that would assist the students to make his hands moving and enable him to feed meals and drinks himself without depending on others. At this moment, his old parents and sister is helping him to feed him meals and drinks. His parent are just a normal FELDA workers.  

Price for the devices and items that he has to purchase are:-
